Persona development is such a great way to find out how to target consumers specific needs. It is also beneficial to corporate decision makers, because it allows them to think of their target market as a person, or set of people, thus allowing them to better exceed the expectations of consumers. It helps them think of how to appeal to the emotional side, rather than to the wallet, first.
